Coach / Trainer

GRAMBL is building out a coaching team — trainers who help customers get better on their own characters, rather than playing for them. If you can break down your class and role in a way that actually clicks for someone else, and you enjoy teaching as much as playing, this role is different from every other one on our team, and it might be the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Coach customers live — by voice, text, or screen share — on their own account, in real time
• Cover whatever the customer needs: rotation, positioning, class fundamentals, Mythic+ decision-making, PvP awareness, or specific fight mechanics
• Adjust your teaching style to the player's actual skill level, not a generic script
• Provide a short session summary — what was covered, what to work on next
• Coordinate scheduling and session details through your GRAMBL manager

What We're Looking For

• Deep, demonstrable expertise in at least one class/role — ideally several
• Genuine ability to explain concepts clearly, patiently, and without condescension
• Comfort with voice communication and screen-share tools
• Reliability — coaching sessions are scheduled, and no-shows affect a real customer's time

How Coaching Is Different

Unlike boosting or farming roles, coaching never involves logging into a customer's account. You work with the player directly, live, on their own session. Because of that, the account-access rules that apply to boosters don't apply here — but the same standard of professionalism and staying strictly on-topic still does.
