Delivery Information
Delivery Information
Every product and service on GRAMBL is 100% digital — there is no physical shipping, no packages, and no couriers involved in any order. Everything we sell exists entirely inside an online game or its associated platform (such as Battle.net), and is delivered directly to your account, your game client, or your inbox.
Delivery Times Are Listed Per Product
Because our catalog spans many different products and services — each with its own delivery method, complexity, and dependencies — there is no single fixed delivery time across the whole store. The estimated delivery time for any specific order is published directly on that product's own page, in its description and/or options.
Before ordering, check the product page for its listed delivery estimate. If you don't see one, or you're unsure how long your specific order will take, ask a manager before you buy.
How Delivery Works by Product Type
The exact steps vary by listing, but most orders on GRAMBL fall into one of the following delivery models:
| Product Type | How It's Delivered |
|---|---|
| 🪙 In-game currency (Gold, etc.) | Transferred directly in-game via mail, trade, guild bank, or Auction House, as coordinated with your manager |
| ⚔️ Boosting & farming services | Completed on your account via Self-Play (you play alongside our team) or Piloted (a booster completes it on your behalf) |
| 🎮 Game & expansion purchases | Sent directly to your account via the platform's own gifting system, or applied during a coordinated session with a manager |
| 🔑 Digital codes & activation keys | Sent to your registered email or provided directly by a manager in chat |
| 🗝️ Accounts & registration services | Full credentials (login, email access, and any relevant details) delivered directly by a manager after order confirmation |
| 📱 Phone number & account security services | Activated on your account directly by a manager, following the steps listed on the product page |
What Can Affect Delivery Time
- Order volume: larger orders (bulk currency, high Honor/Conquest amounts, full gear sets) naturally take longer than small top-ups.
- Execution method: Self-Play generally takes longer than Piloted, since it depends on your own availability alongside our team.
- Stock availability: pre-prepared listings (such as aged accounts) depend on current stock — see the individual listing for availability.
- Game server status: maintenance windows, queues, or server downtime on the game's side can delay delivery beyond our control.
- Verification steps: some orders require a short identity or account verification before delivery can begin.
- Your response time: orders requiring coordination (character details, login information, confirming a friend request, etc.) move only as fast as you're able to respond.
How to Track Your Order
- After checkout, your order confirmation includes the delivery estimate shown on that product's page.
- For most services, a GRAMBL manager will reach out to coordinate details and begin delivery.
- If your order requires action from you (adding a friend, providing account details, confirming availability), delivery begins once that step is complete.
- If your order is running past its listed estimate, contact support with your order number for an update.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship anything physically?
No. Every product and service on GRAMBL is digital, delivered directly to your game account, your platform account, or your email. There is no physical shipping of any kind.
How long will my order take to deliver?
It depends entirely on the specific product or service — each listing publishes its own estimated delivery time in the product description or options. Check the page for the item you're ordering before checkout.
Where do I find the delivery time for a specific product?
On the product's own page, in the description and/or the selectable options. If it isn't listed or you're unsure, ask a manager before ordering.
My order is taking longer than the listed estimate — what should I do?
Contact support with your order number and we'll check on the status for you.
Do I need to be online or available during delivery?
For some services, yes — Self-Play boosting, account registration, and orders requiring coordination (like confirming a friend request or providing account details) need you to be reachable. Fully Piloted services generally don't require you to be present.
